How your information is used.
This service is operated by Asaf Dallal as Morrowvale Studio. For a question or a request to remove project correspondence or files under my control, email morrowvalestudio@gmail.com.
The email request form
The form on this site creates an email draft on your device. It does not send or save the details you enter. The form does not use analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or browser storage. Opening the draft passes the message to your email app. You must press Send there to send the request.
What you send by email
Your email provider and Gmail handle the message. Correspondence may include your name, email address, your service choice, public website URLs, a page brief, approved text or images, the agreed scope and the project files. Only send information needed for your project. Do not send passwords, private customer records, card details or shop-admin access.
Preparing your project
I may use AI-assisted tools to prepare a page design or help check a store-review report. For a review, I work from your public pages and screenshots. Before using private files with an AI tool, I confirm which files and tool you approve. I do not need passwords or customer records. I deliver the files by the email method we agree on. I will not publish your design, review or messages as portfolio examples without separate permission.
How long information is kept
I keep project messages and working files for delivering the service, answering follow-up questions and any records I must keep. Email and hosting providers may keep their own service records. This site does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.
Your choice
Using the form is optional. You can write directly to the business email, ask what information is needed, or request removal of service files under my control, subject to any records that must be kept.
